Isn’t Method of Rationality’s author is a psychologist or something? I want to likes his fic, but i didn’t and so dropped it after dozens of chapters.

So his name basically means “Eliezer the jew”.

You may want to rewrite “written by the guy who did the famous Harry Potter” to something more like “written by the guy who did the famous Harry Potter fanfiction ______”, to avoid confusing people into thinking this is written by J.K. Rowling, or that you don’t know who actually wrote Harry Potter.

But the title of the fanfic is Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality. If people don’t recognize that’s not one of JK Rowling’s books, then that’s their problem.

Um, you know, “the famous Harry Potter fanfiction, Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality,” would be quite long. Given that “____ and the ____” is a standard title schema, I really doubt that anyone who took a few moments’ thought would have been fooled. I guess too many people online expect to know what they’re disagreeing with after just skimming something for five seconds…

I had thought, Harry Potter, and The Methods of Rationality, were two separate books. Not that Methods of Rationality was one of the harry potter books.
That said, i knew who actually wrote harry potter so i just rolled with it and assumed i was missing something.

Big problem at first i was like is this even worth reading if its a fanfic why should i pay but then i was like 1 dollar and the presentations is worth the 1 dollar but then i wanted to finally buy it but no fucking paypal only credit cards you think ppl in europe all got fucking credit cards like in america and even in america not everyone has a credit card and lastly amazon is locked to countrys so if i am from france i am screwd so how does this person who wrote this novel think i am gonna be able to read or buy his stuff?
