No matter how many token times I see it, the art for this always blows me away. It’s seriously beautiful. There’s a picture of the mc in gothic Lolita attire too. I set it as my background picture.

Just looking at that again makes me admire it all over. Fuji-sensei really made the Kenja novel like 100x more attractive to me. The text alone is amazing too (at least from Estelion’s high quality translations), but those two images by Fuji Choco are another dimension of greatness.
It makes me wonder how much she (or is it a he? Fck it I should use “they” until I find out!) is getting paid to do Illustrations for light novels. If any other people feel the same way as me when they see their art then it must be a lot of money!

Alright good to know. She does have a feminine pen-name and her art gives off the impression that it was drawn by a women (To me at least lol), but you can’t be sure of anything in the internet! Estelion you could be a Wolf pretending to be a Sheeprabbit!

This sentence seems kinda weird to me, I sorta get it but sorta don’t, what I am getting from it is that the MC is in a state of confusion between wanting to recognize that this was a game and also realizing it was not a game. Also something about throwing away the possibility that these guys were role playing players or NPCs? Can you help me out with this?

Basically, having come to this, the idea of this being a game and the idea of this not being a game (rather, her recognition of both) are fighting each other, and though she can’t completely abandon the idea that these are role-playing players or NPCs, these completely human reactions (overflowing with ‘humanness’) caused her to feel quite shaken.

Wow my MT was completely different. It read something like this: “Was this a game or was it not? These thoughts warred within her. Despite this, Mira could not throw away the possibility that an NPC or player was playing her. In this way her wavering faith in human kindness was shown.” Is it okay to use what you wrote?

The one onii chan did was the light novel version, what I’m doing is MTing the webnovel one. Although I do have the light novels, its too difficult (and slow) for me to figure out them squiggles using a dictionary.
