  1. Nice work team! Iris’s “Safe!” expression was wonderful. She had such a keen mind too. That prince will regret his actions XD

Lmao is it bad that I’m looking forward to imouto-chan’s troubled expresssions as much as the chapter?

  2. I’ve gotta say, this really does work very well with the written version. I almost feel this is better then that, because of how well done the art style is for the type of story it is.

  4. Happy Birthday, Sharlulu-Chan!

This outcome was completely unexpected. I am riveted in anticipation for what is to come. I hope to be pleasantly surprised by the forthcoming events in the coming chapters.

  5. happy birthday est!!

and thanks for the chapter! i love this story, rare to have a reincarnation where the original personality isn’t completely “wiped out” which is not only saddening, inhumane and lacks a ton of sense.

  6. Iris is quite the clever scheming young lady oho~ Her brother is in love…. With who? The second prince lol? ‘Cuz that’s what it sounds like.
And imouto-chan at the end looks quite jealous. Be careful, onii-chan….
What’s Yosuga no Sora? Anyway, thanks for the chapter!!

    1. Her brother is in love with the Baron’s daughter.
Since this was originally an otome game and the Baron’s daughter was the NTR generator/heroine, you cannot expect much common sense from the male nobles at the school.

    2. He loves the Baron’s daughter/game heroine. But since she is the second prince’s fiancee’ now, he mostly hangs around to protect her like a [s]dog[/s] knight, effectively becoming part of Edward’s entourage.

  10. Huh. I’ve been following the translations of the LN (or is it WN?) on japtem. Not how I imagined the father to look like, though I don’t think they gave a description of him in the first place. Though I may have just forgotten.

    Thanks for the work everyone.

  11. Happy birthday to Ets! And yeah this new novel is my recent obsession. So different from the other otome game novels where the MC/villian has to prevent her doom.

    1. “Has” to. If any of those heroines had the faintest inkling of a brain they would realise by the mere act of taking over or assimilating with the old character, they don’t have to do do squat.

They are a completely new personality, and therefore a completely new person. As long as they don’t act like the spoiled brats they take over, nothing would ever happen. In this case the damage is already done, so this character actually does have to mitigate the fallout.

Though with that said, idiots are sometimes fun to read about.

  12. Happy birthday.
Not to be a translation nazi or anything, but shouldn’t she say “love is a disease” instead (meaning love is an illusion, and once the illusion fades, you find reality far different than what you expect)?
I looked up affliction on google, and though it may apply to her, it does not apply to her brother
